- We will refund 60% of full deposit, if cancellation is made 4 months prior to arrival.
- We will refund 40% of full deposit, if cancellation is made 3 months prior to arrival.
- We will refund 20% of full deposit, if cancellation if made 2 months prior to arrival.
NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF CANCELLATION IS 1 MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

We are pet friendly
However, our charge is $150.00 per pet. Your credit card will be charged a $250.00 damage deposit if pet damage occurs.
